Reservations & Bookings
All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from Ultimate CLS.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup time, location, contact information, and any special requests. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or service issues.
Payment Terms
Payment is required to secure your reservation unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments through secure third-party processors. By submitting payment, you authorize Ultimate CLS to charge the agreed amount for the services requested.
Additional charges may apply for:
Extra wait time
Additional stops
Route changes
Damages or excessive cleaning
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in advance to avoid charges.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may qualify for a full or partial refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may be subject to full charge
No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
Waiting Time & Delays
A grace waiting period may be included depending on the type of booking. Additional waiting time beyond the grace period will be billed accordingly.
Ultimate CLS is not responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Road closures
Client delays
We recommend allowing sufficient travel time when booking.
Client Responsibilities
To maintain a safe and high-quality service experience, clients agree to:
Treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
Follow all local laws and regulations
Avoid illegal activities, including drug use or possession
Refrain from smoking unless explicitly permitted
Ultimate CLS reserves the right to terminate service without refund if these conditions are violated.
Vehicle Condition & Damages
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service period.
Cleaning fees or repair costs may be charged in cases of:
Spills or stains
Vomiting or excessive mess
Physical damage to interior or exterior
Limitation of Liability
Ultimate CLS strives to provide reliable and timely service; however, we are not liable for:
Delays beyond our control
Missed flights, meetings, or events due to unforeseen circumstances
Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
Clients are responsible for ensuring all personal items are collected at the end of the ride.
Privacy
By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect and use your information.
